Your Last Will and Testament

These are your written instructions about what should happen to your assests after your death. You can also direct such matters as who should be guardians of your infant children and you can decide how to leave your assets for them on trust until they reach a specificed age.  

It is very important for parents of minor children or those with special needs to execute a will so that the issue of guardians is clearly set out and to make provision for the children by appointing trustees to administer a trust fund which will comprise of your assets when you die.
